What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty remains valid for 7 to 21 days from the date of purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet the expected quality standards, we will offer a one-time replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a refund for the product’s purchase price.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

The final decision regarding replacement or refund rests solely with Bespoke Fairway.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

External damage, improper handling, or exposure to excessive heat or adverse weather conditions.

Misuse, negligence, or use that conflicts with the product’s intended purpose or care instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or mishandling that occurs during shipping or transit.


Claim Procedure

If you believe your item is defective or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us promptly to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Provide all relevant order and product details to ensure your claim is processed efficiently.

Warranty coverage will only be honored once the proper claim procedure has been completed.
